All items are handmade or custom-prepared. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. Free standard shipping is included with all orders.

    • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after shipment.
    • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
    • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damages & Loss

We take great care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Take photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Contact us at raduayllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist you with the claim process. ZenvanaHome is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
